Exposing Ayatollah Ali Al-Sistani

Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani is an Iranian-born Shia marja (source of emulation) mentioned in “The Muslim 500” as a top Muslim leader in modern Iraqi politics. He relocated to Najaf, Iraq, in 1951.

Sistani's behind-the-scenes approach to politics contrasts with Iran’s direct Wilayat al-Faqih (rule of the jurists) model. In fact, his method is widely known to everyone who follows the political scene in Iraq. Every Iraqi government elected since the 2003 Iraq War until today has received the blessings of this non-working scholar, or had some connection to him and the scholars of Najaf, Iraq. This can be seen in how proud they are in their speeches on Iraqi television, and how they use this “privilege” while campaigning for the presidency.

So when we hear the name Sistani, we should not envision a humble, weak, old man, or a general mass religious scholar. It's estimated that over 200 million Shias follow Sistani in one way, shape or form.

The image that he and his followers paint of him on the ground is that of "The Grandest Sign of God" which can only be truly understood if we were to imagine ourselves born in that environment and under that culture.

For a thought experiment, let’s imagine ourselves born in Iraq to a poor Shia family, playing on the streets of Iraq, watching as we walk around the streets, signs of Sistani’s face with titles like:

“His Eminence, The Grandest Sign of Allah (God), Seyyed Ali Al-Sistani”

Then, after playing, imagine going to the mosque to pray and hearing our parents and other people shouting and chanting:

“A crown you are, a crown, oh Seyyed Ali Al-Sistani”

Then hearing songs like:

“How I wish Seyyed Ali Al-Sistani commands me. What America and what British? (meaning we won't leave a trace for them) We will flip Qatar upside down.”

Now that we understand how things feel on the ground, we will start exposing some of the corruption Sistani is spreading in the land.

Sexual Pleasure with Infant Girls and Muta Prostitution in a BBC documentary

Iraq has not stopped going through wars since its inception. Modern conflicts like the 2003 American invasion and the war between ISIS and Shia militias have left well over 1 million women widowed and in extreme forms of poverty, with many more children orphaned.

Referencing the BBC documentary which exposed the Muta Prostitution run by the clergy in Iraq, a ten-month undercover investigation by the BBC, released in April 2017, uncovered a disturbing scene near major Iraqi shrines: clerics acting as pimps for short-term "marriages" for sexual purposes, some lasting less than an hour. The investigation captured hidden-camera footage revealing a deeply troubling practice that exploits vulnerable, underage girls.

Shocking hidden-camera footage shows Shia clerics offering underage girls as young as 9–13 years old for these temporary marriages. In one case; Sheikh Raad of Baghdad, a self-proclaimed Sistani follower, openly permitted non-penetrative sexual acts with minors, stating,

"You can kiss her, lie beside her, touch her body and breasts... but no penetration."

Similarly, Sheikh Salawi of Karbala, a self-proclaimed Sistani follower, cited religious approval for marrying girls, saying,

"Nine years and older is completely fine."

Due to poverty or young age, many girls are treated as commodities. Keep in mind, in that society if virginity is lost, these girls risk honor killings or disownment, leading to being kicked out to the streets to further perpetuate this cycle of sexual abuse by scholars, violence and humanitarian disaster, pushing them deeper into the dark web of those non-working scholars who prey on the weak as wolves prey on sheep. 

Eight out of ten clerics interviewed in the documentary agreed to arrange temporary marriages, and half of those offered underage girls aged 12–13. In Karbala, 2 out of 4 clerics consented to child marriages.

The financial aspect of these transactions was also exposed in the BBC documentary. Clerics charged up to $800 per transaction. One man admitted paying $500–$800 for underage girls, describing it as a "reward." 

The office of Al-Sistani denounced the practice as "exploitative and against human dignity." However, we presented two sheikhs from his followers committing this crime against humanity. 

The question then is, why would these clerics risk their lives and claim allegiance to Sistani and his teachings, and then the office denounces this? 

Well of course they would, like the Catholic church hides its own pedophile priests, they too hide their own and protect their own. They know the implications this can have on their image worldwide. They have been getting away with this for a very long time, but let's actually have a look into the teachings of this non-working evil scholar, Al-Sistani, and see if his teachings do mention this behaviour to be wrong:  The book is Minhaj Al-Saliheen, by Al-Sistani, question number 8:

Where to begin to describe the level of filth he’s putting in his books? The 2025 edition of "The Muslim 500" states that Sistani's office supports over 49,000 students. All of them read this, and all of them accepted it as reality. 

I apologize in advance to the reader for the strong wording I will be using now, but it's due to the calamity that some babies are suffering because of the teachings of this demonic creature. 

First, he allows men to marry girls under the age of 9, without age restriction, enabling such men, and granting them access to have sexual pleasures with under 9 years of age children, except to enter them. 

This in its own right creates the environment for these perverts to do what their demonic hearts desire. If you thought he didn’t provide them an escape route, you would be mistaken, keep reading… 

What he is saying to them is have your way with that child even if it be an infant, where they can place their male private part between the thighs of the infant and pleasure themselves, and any other act, just don’t penetrate, but by the way, if you break this restriction, the punishment for breaking the restriction of not entering them under 9 and puberty is on split into two rulings.

1. If they did not damage the under 9 year old girl's body, permanently or temporarily, the punishment then is to gain only the sin of the action.

2. If he does damage her body, to pay a fee, and that she stays his wife, and mind you, he still has the right to divorce her later on. But he has to pay a fee. 

Keep in mind a rich pervert who doesn’t care, can pay his due, and get away with child rape and destroy the life of an innocent girl or many girls. All because of this evil and vile man's teachings which enables those perverts to buy rape victims with their own money. Just say “I follow Sistani.” 

Failed Attempt to Cover up this Disaster

They tried like the criminal organisation they are to cover their tracks, after the documentary exposed this criminal movement to the public and many started to take a deeper look into their practices.

Allow me to show you the depravity of these individuals. The earlier version of the book, which contained disturbing content about thighing and sexual pleasure with girls under 9 years old, was released and edited in 2013 or 1434 Hijri.

The documentary was then released in 2017, bringing these issues to light. Now let's examine the latest version of the book on their website, and expose their manipulation. This version was edited 1439 Hijri which is 2018, after the documentary's release. 

Where did pleasuring yourself with under age girls go? Sistani, after he was exposed by his own followers for money grabbing from poor, abused women and children, hid it behind linguistics to lower the impact of the teachings and keep their image safe. 

Uncovering the Mask

The non-working scholars cannot escape the fact that they allow marriage of under 9 years of age through a “contract.” The marriage contract in Arabic is called Aqid Nikah (sexual contract). They can’t escape that marriage in Arabic still opens the exact same doors as in the older version of this filthy book and opens the door for sexual exploitation of young girls wherever Sistani’s followers exist. 

How would someone make a sexual contract with someone without the ability to have sexual pleasures fulfilled? See the loophole they created for their pedophilic acts? 

Conclusion

Since when did we, as Shia or believers in the prophets and messengers altogether, have to submit our will and take our religion from non-working scholars and their opinions? Since when did these filthy creatures make us think that it's okay to take our religion from men who are not appointed by Allah or by any of his divinely appointed successors?
