Inspired by the missionary efforts of their brothers in faith from countries like Egypt, a group of Thai Believers embarked on a nationwide effort to spread their message by displaying banners across Thailand. Equipped with ten banners, they sought to place them in various provinces, each bearing a proclamation:
"The Mahdi Has Appeared. Aba Al-Sadiq Abdullah Hashem, the True Prachao Yu Hua (God Above Head/King), has already arrived."
The message calls upon the people of Thailand to recognize the concept of the Supremacy of God, emphasizing that only God can appoint the King (or Prachao Yu Hua) on Earth. The phrase "Prachao Yu Hua" has long been used by Thai monarchs and, in meaning, signifies "King." However, taken literally, it translates to "God Above Head." For Thai Believers, both interpretations hold significance. In their belief, this slogan should be used in reference to God's chosen representative only - not in reference to an earthly king. The slogan on their banners asserts that Aba Al-Sadiq Abdullah Hashem is the True King and the Divine Authority, embodying God in Creation for believers today.
The term "Prachao Yu Hua" can also be understood as "The Lord of the Earth," a concept that is mentioned in the scriptures - in reference to the prophets of God. The Quran states:
"The earth will shine with the light of its Lord..." — Surah Az-Zumar, Verse 69
Imam Ahmad Al-Hassan, in his Book of Monotheism (p. 15), cites a narration from Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq interpreting this verse. According to Imam Al-Sadiq:
"The Lord of the Earth is the Imam of the Earth." When asked what would happen upon his emergence, he responded: "The people at that time shall give up the light of the sun and the light of the moon, for they will have the light of the Imam, and it shall be sufficient for them."
This interpretation suggests that the title "Prachao Yu Hua" applies exclusively to the divinely appointed leader, one who carries the Holy Spirit. Inspired by this belief, Thai Believers launched their banner initiative, drawing directly from the teachings of the Imam.
The effort began on March 24, 2025, when a believer placed two banners in the Sawang Wirawong District, in the central part of Ubon Ratchathani province in northeastern Thailand. According to reports, the banners were set up before dawn and documented on video. Notably, they were positioned near an army camp.
On March 29, 2025, a group of believers worked together to install the remaining eight banners across three different provinces. Their efforts took place at night, beginning around 9 p.m. The following day, March 30, they documented their work with photographs and video footage. Of these banners, six were placed in Phattalung Province, one in Rattaphum District of Songkhla Province, and one in Satun Province.
With this initiative, the Thai Believers successfully covered northeastern Thailand with two banners and the southern region with eight, spreading their message of divine authority across much of the country.
They emphasize that the Supremacy of God will be widely acknowledged, citing the Quranic verse:
"Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." — Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse 30
Believers also reference biblical scripture, such as the Book of Daniel:
"And He changeth the times and the seasons; He removeth kings and setteth up kings. He giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding." — Daniel 2:21
Similarly, the words of Jesus Christ are invoked:
"In this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in Heaven." — Matthew 6:9-10
The movement calls upon the people of Thailand to recognize what they see as their "True Prachao Yu Hua", Aba Al-Sadiq Abdullah Hashem, and to assist in establishing the Kingdom of God on Earth. They reference both Christian and Islamic eschatology, drawing parallels to the promised arrival of the Mahdi and the fulfillment of divine justice.
